GET the Basics Of 123 Deal Right!!!

Well right now the whole India knows the kind of upheaval that’s on the Political front so fragile now that General Elections are anytime possible. And with the Newspapers offering too much stuff on the same nobody knows what the real matter is ???View points can be understood once you know what this deal is all about the pros and cons and what party says What and Why says so?

LETS BEGIN

What’s the ABC of this 123 deal??

The name comes from Section 123 of the US atomic energy act.

Section 123 of the United States Atomic Energy Act of 1954, titled "Cooperation With Other Nations", establishes an agreement for cooperation as a prerequisite for nuclear deals between the US and any other nation. Such an agreement is called a 123 Agreement. To date, the U.S. has entered into roughly twenty-five 123 Agreements with various countries.

What it covers??

It covers the laws for the "development and the regulation of the uses of nuclear materials and facilities in the United States and substantially refined certain aspects of the law, including increased support for the possibility of a civilian nuclear industry with different countries.

NON Proliferation Treaty (NPT)

Members of Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) are granted access to civilian nuclear technology from each other as well as nuclear fuel via the Nuclear Suppliers Group in exchange for IAEA-verified compliance of the NPT tenets.
India, Israel, and Pakistan, however, have not signed the NPT, arguing that instead of addressing the central objective of universal and comprehensive non-proliferation, the treaty creates a club of "nuclear haves" and a larger group of "nuclear have-nots"
…… by RESTRICTING the legal possession of nuclear weapons to those states that tested them before 1967, who alone are free to possess and multiply their nuclear stockpiles. The treaty never explains on what ethical grounds such a distinction is valid.

India insists on a comprehensive action plan for a nuclear-free world within a specific time-frame and has also adopted a voluntary "NO FIRST USE POLICY".
In response to a growing Chinese nuclear arsenal, India conducted nuclear weapon tests in 1974. Led by the US, other nations set up an informal group, the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG), to control exports of nuclear materials, equipment and technology. As a result, India was relegated to a pariah status within the international nuclear order. In view of continued proliferation by China and Pakistan, and its own huge population, India conducted 5 more nuclear tests in May,at 1998 Pokhran.

KEY FEATURES 123 agreement–

1.India can have nuclear cooperation & trade with US and others WITHOUT Compromising its Weapons Program.
2. India need not sign NPT or put its nuclear facilities under full time safeguards.
3. Assured Fuel supplies for its civilian nuclear reactors.
4. It allows India to reprocess and recycle spent fuel.

Good points for India with Strategic implications-

1. India gets access to more diversified sources of energy. It breaks open a regime that blocked India’s access to high technology after 1974.
2. High tech and dual use of tech in sectors like IT, space, defense, pharmaceuticals.
3. India will get recognition as state with advanced nuclear technology.
4. The deal WONT be offered to Pakistan.
5. It gets to keep its present nuclear weapons.
6. It wont be a relegated to a pariah state.
7. The deal allows India to achieve its 20,000 MW of power by 2020.Also its clean energy savings on the carbon emission wil be big.

US interests –

1. Rise of India helps US in the post cold war world ; India and the US on the same side.
2. The United States held India’s attitude to Iran to be a test. India responded by voting against Iran not once, but twice, in the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
3. US firms can partner India in high tech ventures(including sectors of civilian nuclear energy, strategic economic alliance, Defense exercises) which right now are forbidden at present.

Fall out of the treaty happens when –

1. If India conducts a Nuclear test.
2. The bar on the test would be upheld by the Nuclear Suppliers’ Group.

Criticism and Opposition to this treaty –

1.Left thinks its too generous to India.
2. The “Wrong signal” will go to Iran, North Korea, Pakistan and would undermine our friendship with these countries.
3. India should make N weapons on its own uranium without assistance of the Big shots.
4. The BJP ,The CPI(M) and several top nuclear scientists and institutions in India have asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to not accept the deal in its December 2006 form as it stipulates conditions that in some areas are more severe than the clauses in either the NPT or the CTBT.
The official website says
http://www.pd.cpim.org/2007/0819/08192007_prakash%20on%20nuclear.htm

5. Several top Indian nuclear scientists have written an appeal to Indian parliamentarians to ensure that "decisions taken today do not inhibit India's future ability to develop and pursue nuclear technologies for the benefit of the nation".

Opposition on how much the HYDE Act is biding or not.

HYDE ACT

US according to its Atomic Energy Act, can’t have nuclear cooperation with any country that hasn’t signed the NPT or submitted itself to safeguards. Hyde Act gives US the chance to enter into a treaty with India without entering into the NPT.

BUT WHY would US be so GOOD to India the rider is that–
India should work with US to contain Iran’s N-program.

Now the government claims this Foreign policy is not mandatory and not at all binding and the Deal wont come struck if India ignores it. BUT the critics want further clarification.

Why is CHINA FURIOUS????

The Chinese foreign ministry and official media have voiced their objection to the deal on the ground that-
1. India was not signatory of the NPT (non proliferation treaty). But now gets all the access due to Hyde Act OF US. It mentions the violation of trust by US.
Chinese newspaper refer quoted saying “ US has disregarded international opinion to use India as a TOOL for its global strategic pattern”. They feel is injustice has been done because the US is now afraid of the China’s fast growing economy in ASIA.
2. US is clear that there are no international implications and obligations to do things like how the World desires.
3. The Chinese deal was done in 1985 got cancelled in 1998 and now China had no FUEL while India would have.
4. China did not get the processing rights in its own treaty but INDIA has Got it.
5. China had then allowed bilateral inspections by the US and the Australian inspectors but India did not allow them.
6. China has given Australia the right to check and play role in which of its reactors are civilian and which are not. But INDIA has RESISTED this.
7. Again China has undertaken “De facto” permanent safeguards without permanent supply again India has not done so.
8. Another reason is that most Chinese experts have been considering Japan as a hostile nation and since India wants to enter UN security council with Japan. The recent visit of Chinese PM is very crucial to China.

In short China feels INDIA HAS STRUCK THE BEST POSSIBLE DEAL WITH US in NUCLEAR front.
And the similar reasons exit for Pakistan’s insecurity too.

Critics and Their PLOT

There’s no hiding the fact that the Indo – US nuclear deal has evoked fury all over India and critics are not letting it go easy so is the situation that The LEFT are continuously threatening Congress about the General Elections. Now each treaty is about Give and Take relationship it is what bilateral treaty all about. The best thing is that this time the Indian diplomats have struck the deal in a generous form or better than they could ever( that’s the Congress claims).Lets ur try an get a fact clean n clear in our head it is in Foreign policy of a country THERE ARE NO PERMANENT FRIENDS AND FOES....it all depends in situation.Ofcourse you might not favour what US did in Iraq but right now our 1st priority is to get ourselves self sufficient in power by 2020 else there's no point being adamant and satiating our EGO that " wow we kept our word!!!".We cannot love the foreign policy of US but for that do we let go the best of wat we can get out of them.Count on how much you get from US from education to jobs to McDonalds to movies etc etc and the list goes on .......can u stop all that????And tell me something better is Indian sovereignty so fragile dont you have pride on your judgement??

The country politics is right now so downtrodden and disgraceful that even The PM is not even allowed to debate and present its point of view in the Lok Sabha( the Public house). With the BJP and the LEFT criticizing the deal it hard that the Government can get this deal before the March 2008 ( before the BUSH government expires ) because even US have critics who feel that the NEXT GOV in US should not be as generous as the Bush Gov has been to India this time.

So what am I speaking doesn’t it sound that our own political parties in opposition and so called “external support” speak the language of the US critics and the Chinese ?????
The question has some severe implications yet to be revealed lets look at how dubious their criticisms are.

The Left’s opposition to the deal is complete bizarre in my view since there is nothing very concrete. It says –

Criticism - Hyde Act is made by the US specially is to put India’s sovereignty and independence in danger.

Real reason
Government claims Hyde act is not at al mandatory. Ironically Left should be happy that Hyde act is again Nuclear explosion in India bz after all “ In 1998 the LEFT criticised the then Vajpayee Gov for its decision on Pokhran” why this double standard now???
Infact in 2004 general elections Party manifesto CPM promised to use nuclear energy for Civil projects and peaceful purposes. Now when the Gov wants to work on it they have Problem………this is outrageous.

Now our leading opposition party BJP

Criticism – It stresses that the US would take back its fuel, reactors and related technologies once India conducts a nuclear test.

Real reason -
On the contrary the BJP was about to sign the highly discriminatory treaty of CTBT(Comprehensive test and Ban treaty) in 1999. Under pressure by Clinton Gov which would have enslaved India to the fact that India if ever would have conducted Nuclear test It would do so by permission of US.
On the other hand Manmohan Singh’s Gov must be complimented for at the end of the day it extracted that US can back out only when India violates Hyde Act.

It’s beyond my understanding as to why when our diplomats have struck the best deal with least risk patterns involved our opposition always has to intervene just because they are opposition they should put up a healthy debate instead of that the Left puts up a DO OR DIE situation of breaking the coalition Gov. Left is in support of the Gov without responsibilities on its shoulders their support is EXTERNAL nevertheless they pretend to be running the Gov actively. The saga they are singing now makes me doubt their intentions. Infact the Chinese language Global Times newspaper quoted “ the objection to 123 deal voiced by Indian opposition and Left parties some of whom still regard Chinese brand of Marxism as the most suited political ideology ……”. The Indo US nuclear deal is a perfect example of mutual understanding bilateral deal struck by both countries and the Left and BJP should stop protesting just to earn a political mileage in upcoming elections.

Gentle Honesty of a Mother

Seven-year-old Nicholas Chamernik had rarely seen his
parents cry. So he felt a pang of worry when he looked up
one evening to see his father wiping away tears.

"Dad, what's wrong?" he asked.

Jim Chamernik was too choked up to respond. After 18
months of grasping for answers, he and his wife, Aimee,
finally had an explanation for symptoms Aimee had been
having — slurred speech and weakness in her right arm
among them. The diagnosis was Lou Gehrig's disease, a
degenerative condition of the nervous system, also known as
ALS.

There is no cure. But how could they explain that to their eldest son, the first in the family to notice his mom's
slurring, when she read him bedtime stories?
How, they wondered, do you tell a child that his mom is
dying?

GENTLE HONESTY

It would be tempting for a parent to shield a child as long aspossible from such a painful reality. But the Chamernikshave chosen a different path — one of gentle honesty.
Theirs is the story of two parents doing the best they can to help their children understand and cope with terminal illness.

The process began that night more than two years ago with a question from their son. It has only led to more questions —
and even on their toughest days, the Chamerniks have
attempted to answer each one.

"Dad, what's wrong?"

Aimee — seeing that Jim was struggling — took a deep
breath and sat down in the family room of their suburban
Chicago home. She pulled Nicholas onto her knee and put
her arms around him.

"You know I'm having trouble with my muscles, right?"
Aimee began, surprised at her own composure. Her son
nodded.

"Well," she said, slowly, "Daddy's sad because the doctor
told me they're not going to be able to help me get better."

Nicholas sat there for a moment, thinking about what his
mom had said and then responded in his 7-year-old way.

"You know mom, when I grow up, I'm going to be a
paleontologist and a St. Louis Cardinals baseball player and a zoologist and a person who studies plants," he said,
breathlessly.

"Well, I'm also going to be a doctor," he said. "So if you're still alive, I can help them find out how to make you better."

Four words from that conversation still echo in Aimee's
head — "if you're still alive."

They were the first indication that, at some level, Nicholas
understood the gravity of her slow decline. That moment also marked the beginning of a long goodbye for a 37-year-old
mother whose oldest children will be lucky to reach their
teenage years before she dies.

Its a story of a couragous mother's gentle honesty !!

........its a TRUE story

Steps to achieve SELF CONTROL and WILL POWER

Here are a few exercises:

1) You are sitting in a bus or train and an old man or woman, or a pregnant lady walks in. Stand up and give up your seat even if you prefer to stay seated. Do this not just because it is polite, but because you are doing something that you are reluctant to do. In this way you are
overcoming the resistance of your body, mind and feelings.

2) There are dishes in the sink that need washing, and you postpone washing them for latter. Get up and wash them now. Do not let your laziness overcome you. When you know that in this way you are developing your will power, and if you are convinced of the importance of will power in your life, it will be easier for you to do whatever you have to do.

3) You come home tired from work and sit in front of the T.V. because you feel too lazy and tired to go and wash yourself. Do not obey the desire to just sit, but go and have a shower .

4) You may know your body needs some physical exercise, but instead you keep on sitting doing nothing or watching a movie. Get up and walk, run or do some other physical exercise.

5) Do you like your coffee with sugar? Then for a whole week decide to drink it without sugar or less sugar. You like to drink three cups of coffee each day? For a week drink only two.
(I tried trust me it works - my caffeine content has reduced in daily life though i still like tea and coffee)

6) Overcome your laziness. Convince yourself of the importance of what is to be done. Convince your mind that you gain inner strength when you act and do things, in spite of laziness, reluctance or senseless inner resistance.

7) Sometimes, when you want to say something that is not important, decide not to say it.

8) Don't read some unimportant gossip in the newspaper, even if you want to.

9) You have a desire to eat something not too healthy. Refuse the desire.

10) If you find yourself thinking unimportant, unnecessary, negative thoughts, try to develop lack of interest in them, by thinking about their futility.

PIONEERS OF INDIA

"Long years ago we made a tryst with destiny, and now the time comes when we will redeem our pledge, not wholly or in full measure, but very substantially. At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India will awake to life and freedom. A moment comes, which comes but rarely in history, when we step out from the old to the new, when an age ends and when the soul of a nation, long suppressed, finds utterance.... We end today a period of ill fortune, and India discovers herself again."

- Jawaharlal Nehru (Speech on Indian Independence Day, 1947)

With India reaching its 60 years its just the beginning even though in a human’s life it might mean to be close to its end. Its time to cherish not with shopping and drinks but with Values and Virtues. (Sounds little repetative??huh!!).
Let me share the pioneers of ANCIENT INDIA
YOU might find it boring but trust me(if you can :D ) the achievements are Mind Blowing!!! Take a look.........

ARYABHATT(476 CE) MASTER ASTRONOMER AND MATHEMATICIAN

Born in 476 CE in Kusumpur (Bihar), Aryabhatt's intellectual brilliance remapped the boundaries of mathematics and astronomy. In 499 CE, at the age of 23, he wrote a text on astronomy and an unparallel treatise on mathematics called "Aryabhatiyam. " He formulated the process of calculating the motion of planets and the time of eclipses. Aryabhatt was the first to proclaim that the earth is round, it rotates on its axis, orbits the sun and is suspended in space - 1000 years before Copernicus published his heliocentric theory. He is also acknowledged for calculating p (Pi) to four decimal places: 3.1416 and the sine table in trigonometry. Centuries later, in 825 CE, the Arab mathematician, Mohammed Ibna Musa credited the value of Pi to the Indians, "This value has been given by the Hindus." And above all, his most spectacular contribution was the concept of zero without which modern computer technology would have been non-existent. Aryabhatt was a colossus in the field of mathematics.

BHASKARACHARYA II(1114-1183 CE)GENIUS IN ALGEBRA

Born in the obscure village of Vijjadit (Jalgaon) in Maharastra, Bhaskaracharya' s work in Algebra, Arithmetic and Geometry catapulted him to fame and immortality. His renowned mathematical works called "Lilavati" and "Bijaganita" are considered to be unparalled and a memorial to his profound intelligence. Its translation in several languages of the world bear testimony to its eminence. In his treatise "Siddhant Shiromani" he writes on planetary positions, eclipses, cosmography, mathematical techniques and astronomical equipment. In the "Surya Siddhant" he makes a note on the force of gravity: "Objects fall on earth due to a force of attraction by the earth. Therefore, the earth, planets, constellations, moon, and sun are held in orbit due to this attraction." Bhaskaracharya was the first to discover gravity, 500 years before Sir Isaac Newton. He was the champion among mathematicians of ancient and medieval India. His works fired the imagination of Persian and European scholars, who through research on his works earned fame and popularity.

ACHARYA KANAD(600 BCE)FOUNDER OF ATOMIC THEORY

As the founder of "Vaisheshik Darshan"- one of six principal philosophies of India - Acharya Kanad was a genius in philosophy. He is believed to have been born in Prabhas Kshetra near Dwarika in Gujarat. He was the pioneer expounder of realism, law of causation and the atomic theory. He has classified all the objects of creation into nine elements, namely: earth, water, light, wind, ether, time, space, mind and soul. He says, "Every object of creation is made of atoms which in turn connect with each other to form molecules." His statement ushered in the Atomic Theory for the first time ever in the world, nearly 2500 years before John Dalton. Kanad has also described the dimension and motion of atoms and their chemical reactions with each other. The eminent historian, T.N. Colebrook, has said, "Compared to the scientists of Europe, Kanad and other Indian scientists were the global masters of this field."

NAGARJUNA (100 CE)
WIZARD OF CHEMICAL SCIENCE

He was an extraordinary wizard of science born in the nondescript village of Baluka in Madhya Pradesh. His dedicated research for twelve years produced maiden discoveries and inventions in the faculties of chemistry and metallurgy. Textual masterpieces like "Ras Ratnakar," "Rashrudaya" and "Rasendramangal" are his renowned contributions to the science of chemistry. Where the medieval alchemists of England failed, Nagarjuna had discovered the alchemy of transmuting base metals into gold. As the author of medical books like "Arogyamanjari" and "Yogasar," he also made significant contributions to the field of curative medicine. Because of his profound scholarliness and versatile knowledge, he was appointed as Chancellor of the famous University of Nalanda. Nagarjuna's milestone discoveries impress and astonish the scientists of today.

ACHARYA CHARAK(600 BCE)
FATHER OF MEDICINE

Acharya Charak has been crowned as the Father of Medicine. His renowned work, the "Charak Samhita", is considered as an encyclopedia of Ayurveda. His principles, diagoneses, and cures retain their potency and truth even after a couple of millennia. When the science of anatomy was confused with different theories in Europe, Acharya Charak revealed through his innate genius and enquiries the facts on human anatomy, embryology, pharmacology, blood circulation and diseases like diabetes, tuberculosis, heart disease, etc. In the "Charak Samhita" he has described the medicinal qualities and functions of 100,000 herbal plants. He has emphasized the influence of diet and activity on mind and body. He has proved the correlation of spirituality and physical health contributed greatly to diagnostic and curative sciences. He has also prescribed and ethical charter for medical practitioners two centuries prior to the Hippocratic oath. Through his genius and intuition, Acharya Charak made landmark contributions to Ayurvedal. He forever remains etched in the annals of history as one of the greatest and noblest of rishi-scientists.

ACHARYA SUSHRUT (600 BCE)FATHER OF PLASTIC SURGERY

A genius who has been glowingly recognized in the annals of medical science. Born to sage Vishwamitra, Acharya Sudhrut details the first ever surgery procedures in "Sushrut Samhita," a unique encyclopedia of surgery. He is venerated as the father of plastic surgery and the science of anesthesia. When surgery was in its infancy in Europe, Sushrut was performing Rhinoplasty (restoration of a damaged nose) and other challenging operations. In the "Sushrut Samhita," he prescribes treatment for twelve types of fractures and six types of dislocations. His details on human embryology are simply amazing. Sushrut used 125 types of surgical instruments including scalpels, lancets, needles, Cathers and rectal speculums; mostly designed from the jaws of animals and birds. He has also described a number of stitching methods; the use of horse's hair as thread and fibers of bark. In the "Sushrut Samhita," and fibers of bark. In the "Sushrut Samhita," he details 300 types of operations. The ancient Indians were the pioneers in amputation, caesarian and cranial surgeries. Acharya Sushrut was a giant in the arena of medical science.

VARAHAMIHIR (499-587 CE)EMINENT ASTROLOGER AND ASTRONOMERA

Renowned astrologer and astronomer who was honored with a special decoration and status as one of the nine gems in the court of King Vikramaditya in Avanti (Ujjain). Varahamihir' s book "panchsiddhant" holds a prominent place in the realm of astronomy. He notes that the moon and planets are lustrous not because of their own light but due to sunlight. In the "Bruhad Samhita" and "Bruhad Jatak," he has revealed his discoveries in the domains of geography, constellation, science, botany and animal science. In his treatise on botanical science, Varamihir presents cures for various diseases afflicting plants and trees. The rishi-scientist survives through his unique contributions to the science of astrology and astronomy.

ACHARYA PATANJALI (200 BCE)FATHER OF YOGA

The Science of Yoga is one of several unique contributions of India to the world. It seeks to discover and realize the ultimate Reality through yogic practices. Acharya Patanjali, the founder, hailed from the district of Gonda (Ganara) in Uttar Pradesh. He prescribed the control of prana (life breath) as the means to control the body, mind and soul. This subsequently rewards one with good health and inner happiness. Acharya Patanjali's 84 yogic postures effectively enhance the efficiency of the respiratory, circulatory, nervous, digestive and endocrine systems and many other organs of the body. Yoga has eight limbs where Acharya Patanjali shows the attainment of the ultimate bliss of God in samadhi through the disciplines of: yam, niyam, asan, pranayam, pratyahar, dhyan and dharna. The Science of Yoga has gained popularity because of its scientific approach and benefits. Yoga also holds the honored place as one of six philosophies in the Indian philosophical system. Acharya Patanjali will forever be remembered and revered as a pioneer in the science of self-discipline, happiness and self-realization.

ACHARYA BHARADWAJ (800 BCE)PIONEER OF AVIATION
TECHNOLOGY

Acharya Bharadwaj had a hermitage in the holy city of Prayag and was an ordent apostle of Ayurveda and mechanical sciences. He authored the "Yantra Sarvasva" which includes astonishing and outstanding discoveries in aviation science, space science and flying machines. He has described three categories of flying machines: 1.) One that flies on earth from one place to another. 2.) One that travels from one planet to another. 3.) And One that travels from one universe to another. His designs and descriptions have impressed and amazed aviation engineers of today. His brilliance in aviation technology is further reflected through techniques described by him: 1.) Profound Secret: The technique to make a flying machine invisible through the application of sunlight and wind force.2.) Living Secret: The technique to make an invisible space machine visible through the application of electrical force. 3.) Secret of Eavesdropping: The technique to listen to a conversation in another plane. 4.) Visual Secrets: The technique to see what's happening inside another plane.Through his innovative and brilliant discoveries, Acharya Bharadwaj has been recognized as the pioneer of aviation technology.

ACHARYA KAPIL (3000 BCE)FATHER OF COSMOLOGY

Celebrated as the founder of Sankhya philosophy, Acharya Kapil is believed to have been born in 3000 BCE to the illustrious sage Kardam and Devhuti. He gifted the world with the Sankhya School of Thought. His pioneering work threw light on the nature and principles of the ultimate Soul (Purusha), primal matter (Prakruti) and creation. His concept of transformation of energy and profound commentaries on atma, non-atma and the subtle elements of the cosmos places him in an elite class of master achievers - incomparable to the discoveries of other cosmologists. On his assertion that Prakruti, with the inspiration of Purusha, is the mother of cosmic creation and all energies, he contributed a new chapter in the science of cosmology. Because of his extrasensory observations and revelations on the secrets of creation, he is recognized and saluted as the Father of Cosmology.

Is all Bitching True??

For little or no reason at times you find the very obvious fact to be true………..(thinking about what this girl is writing all about ??).
WOMEN they talk and at times talk lot( Please read 1st no offence intended, forgive me girls I know I am a part of the same tribe!!!) ....but more important thing is they talk for no reason ( as happened here). Well the fact is banal enough and I need no reasons to prove it.

I just have a small incidence to share with you after which I tried all my head to figure out WHY DID “THEY” TALK SO MUCH…….

Hmm…..well lets begin it this way ......all happened today morning during my visit to my parlor I’m with the owner and her maid.I’d call myself S, maid as M and owner as O…….(too much na to have like 3 FEMALES TOGETHER :D ).

Well sitting with M as she begins TALKING in absence of O.

M – pehli baar aayi ho yahan????

S (wondering where she was when I can here before did you hide behind the bushes in the garden n dint see me??)

S- nahi pehle bhi aa chuki hoon aunty(Mrs O) janti hai mujhe. (smiling uselessly )

M – ohh maine kabhi nahi dekha tumhe.

S- hmm( haan shayad main hoon hi itni kali ki dikhi nahi :-P )

Mrs O appearing from behind may be wondering what secrets her maid is sharing with me…

O ( in her weirdly loud voice) – shuru nahi ki abhi tak ????jaldi kar ghar me kitna kaam rehta hai….

Disappearing in the similar way as she appeared…

S (thinking she seems to hide all her weight behind her gown atleast as yet she has been successful with it.)

M – dekha kabhi khud kaam karti nahi aur hamesha customer ke samne hi mujhe kuch bolna rehta hai.

S- hmm…ab unko bhi tension hoga ki kaam khatam karna hai aur log aayenge.

M – Huh!! Unko aur tension aapko kya pata didi din bhar to main niptati hoon sabko phir bhi yahan kaam karne ke baad gali deti hai.

S (l’ll surprised with didi hey M is married why the hell does she call me didi ????
at the same time wondering if I should get involved into listening and reacting into their so called family fight but nah no option I would have to sit and listen if not react )

M – aapko pata hai unki ek dewrani hai .

S – (mujhe kaise pata hoga puri family ki history kisko jaani hai ..can u plz finish up the work I’m here for n lemme go )

S – hmm..nahi pata kyun kaun hai ? (Y did I have to ask kyun she would now begin with some story O hell !!! save me a small mistake like this cant grill me into the torture of some more miseries from her)

M – arey nahi pata ??…..yahan se do line peeche rehti hai unhi ke yahan inki saas rehti hai ..inme aur unme nahi banti bilkul………aur pata kyun??
Dono me se ye bahut jhagdalu hai.... saach kahoon to (lowering herself close to S)daayan hai …..

S – (daayan wishing …ab plz detail nahi batana …yeh kum nahi tha )

M – ab aap poochoge daayan kyun…

S- (maine nahi poocha plz mat batao)
S – hmm..

M – arey ye shadi karne ke baad se hi aapne saas sasur ko aapne paas nahi rakhna chahti thi wo to jaise hi dewrani aayi sara kaam uske saar pe saunp diya aur khud alag ghar me rehne ki zid karne lagi………bichare bhaiya (Mr O) wo bhi kya karte hai hi ye aaisi …so lena pada yahan ek ghar..

S- ( how damn as if the husband was too innocent to forget about his parents…. anyways I have nothing to do in the family feud Plz spare me lady )

M – uski dewrani to gai hai kitni sunder, sushil hai ( talking like the matrimonial columns now )….arey ghar basana hai to usse sikhna chahiye.

S – hmm..
(ab yehi baki tha lagta hai milwake bhi rahegi..........)

(may be she finally realized I wasn’t interested too much into this, so chose to stop)

M – (humming 'mere khwabon me jo aaya' ) …aap bengali ho???

S – haan

M – haan dekke hi laga ….ghar kolkata me hoga na………

S- haan relatives hain abhi bhi wahan .. ( as if meri shakal kehti hai ….ab I know why .....my face is round gollu polu enough have I heard this)

M – arey aap ko nahi pata hoga mera sasural bhi wahin ka hai wo na mere pati kaam ke silsile yahan aa gaye aur phir yahin rehne lage….

S – hmm…(oh no another similarity I hope she doesn’t begin singing her woe’s again.........mujhe pata rehta to kabhi nahi bolti bengali hoon)

(half relieved ki she has finally done half her job even with her slow speed ……wondering when would she be done with her other half ..)

(only then Mrs O enters )

O – (talking to M) sun ja bahar Mrs.X kadhin hain unko attend kar main yahan ka dekhti hoon.

(As M trails her way out)

O – ye na bahut aalsi hai (doing her work and talking to me)

S- hmm..

O – subah se ek customer ko niptane me ghanta lagati hai..

S- (with her so much TALKING its obvious ..and I wonder you would be any fast ……..why are parlours meant for gossips ?????.....heaven sake spare me I am not interested into listening complaints)

S – aunty kitna time lagega kaam pe jana hai……..

O – aaj kahan jaogi aaj to Sunday hai …

S-(aap sabke prakop se bachne ghar daudungi pehle )
S- bus thoda kaam hai.

O – ohh (as if wondering where is this girl going to go Sunday morning huh!!! )

M – madam kaam ho gaya wo chali gayi …….

O - aacha

(M walked away without offering her help - her big crime of all times)

O – dekha kaise bina madat diye chali gayi …….aaj kal aaise hi kaam karti hai …….ek to mausam itna kharab hai dhang se kaam bhi nahi hota ek customer pe 1 ghanta lag jata hai.

( for those who don’t know- Rainy season is bad for parlors more awful is humidity )

S – (aapne help manga bhi to nahi)
S- hmmm…(wow finally all’s over I can go back home can stand this torment any more)

O – aacha chalo ho gaya…..ab kab aaogi.

S- dekhti hoon (ban pade to kabhi na aaun)

O- thik hai .

And I literally run away giving her , her share of money.

I could breath some relief only at home……and kept wondering if the world of women is filled with so much useless bitchiness ……..ahh na I guess these people really need some training ……they feel as if they are entertaining a part of their customer talking about the Gossip of who’s good and who’s bad without any reasoning of why the other person might have done so.

Anyways the debate here isn’t about the talk alone I wont go into lot of detail of how can you judge women when they keep on talk and talking with no reason……bz that can hardly be resolved ( and it might just be an upcoming topic in my blog ).

A part of me wanted to analyse this but then better felt like leaving it to my readers you can judge what you want to, I just felt to tired not with the physical atrocities that has to be faced there but the mental assault that I faced listening to them both and wondering “Why do they speak so bad of each other???”. The story was too long so now before you doze off before the screen I'll let you some relief.

Hope you had your share of laughter with this.
Adios till I think about something new.

Fantasy DANCE

Swinging to the music n enjoying my solo dance,

lost in my own world.. eyes closed in a trance colors weaving delicate patterns,

loud beats gave a high,
Living life in quick stanzas,
I sank into the night.

As I slightly opened my eyes,
I saw you again
my excitement was hard to contain such well crafted persona,
and face so youthful
your passionate eyes held me close and made me feel so beautiful.

Your admiring gaze touched me,
caressing my very soul,
shivering with the attention,
I was conceding you could see,
before I knew.. you had taken control.

I donno when I landed in your arms,
your hand on my waist n we forgot the steps,
I swirled like a doll in your hands,
dancing in your eternal depths,
I fell for your charms.

Love lost measure of time,
I kept feeling your breath under mine,
numb feet were not yet dead,
for with you and without words,
I had drifted miles ahead.

Something in the way ,
you looked at me tonight,
ignited flames of passion but,
before I came back to senses.

You had kissed me good-night..........

Lots to write after i post this but in complete dearth of words.............

So 1st as obvious the poem isnt written by me( for i can hardly put things in such a FABULOUS way).......but its special in its own way its got a beautiful combination of passionate Dancing and Emotions( esp the feelings of girl dancing with her "so called" Dream man )
(so i can now expect my friends esp girls to comment on this.....the Poem sure is for U )

BUT truly Its a delight to read this poem.

From my side - Recently done with my jive classes it makes me wonder how " A Dance" (a couple dance to be more specific) can be so special......you really need be with a Very Special person to make this all happening and then Words dont make sense......... all's Magical the song, Dance and of course you and your partner. Sort of a mystical experience that nobody wishes to end............

ok then Leave you to Go on WIth Your FAntasy Dance on on and on......................

DONT QUIT

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you are trudging seems uphill,
When the funds are low and the dept’s are high,
When Care is pressing you down a bit,
When Life seems upheaval,
Rest if you need but
DON’T QUIT.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow,
You might succeed with another blow,
Often the goal is nearer than it seems to be,
Often the struggler has given up when he might have captured the Victory peak,
And he learnt it too late. When the night came down,
Ah!! How close he was to the Golden Crown.

Success is failure if turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you can never tell how close you are,
It may be nearer than it seems to be,
Others may find it an illusion while you may find it your destination,
So stick to the Light of Hope when you are hardest hit,
It’s when things seem worst as it may always be lets say
DON’T QUIT.

The Hope is to Live with what you Dream when you believe yourself for something….. you can always end up achieving you our set targets. Life is more than bread and butter (even if in your case it is wine) treat it with delicacy.

LORD knows your story better than you do work on your work and let him decide the Rest……..

I hope the above written poem (if u can appreciate it as one) is simple enough which needs no word after it…..just a line yet unshared is

I Strongly believe in the poem above .....every time I am being pushed through tough times I go through this.
It is one of the reasons which keep me sticking to all the patience and perseverance I own today. Hope you can draw something out of it…………….

All the best for life :)
